PESCO-VEGETARIAN: Eats fish and non-mammalian seafood but does not eat any other meats.
POLLO-VEGETARIAN: Eats poultry but does not eat red meats such as beef and lamb.

I would have to classify myself as 'Flextarian' as I live with dedicated Carnavores, and need to purchase/prep/taste the animal products I prepare for them...plus watch them eat them. I also eat more seafood than I feel good about...because I love it so. I could be classified, with hyenas and vultures, as a carrion eater, as I want my food to be unambiguously inanimate when it gets to me. Not so much the putting the live lobster into the pot by me, or waiting for the shellfish to 'open'.
