Trying to Like Preserved Olives: Taste #3

I have actually been putting this off! This is good for me to empathize with others who can't bear the thought of eating certain foods. I can't  remember having that experience for years.
So here goes...a little better still.  That very sweet flavor, bitterish aftertone, woodsy. It is that aftertaste which gets me...makes me wince.  Still need taste #4.
